By creating an account or placing an order on SigmaGenz ("we", "us", sigmagenz.com), you agree to these terms.
1. Our Service
SigmaGenz is a social media marketing (SMM) reseller panel. We provide promotional services — such as followers, likes, and views — for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others, sourced through third-party providers.
2. Account & Security
You are responsible for your account and its activity. We will never ask for your social media password — we only require a public link to the profile or post you want promoted. Keep your public.
3. Orders & Delivery
- Start times and delivery speeds are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with provider load.
- Do not place multiple orders on the same link before the previous order completes.
- The target profile or post must remain public for the duration of the order.
4. Payments, Balance & Refunds
- Funds added to your balance are used to place orders and are non-transferable.
- If an order under-delivers or fails, any eligible refund is credited to your SigmaGenz account balance, not returned to your original payment method.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use SigmaGenz for illegal activity, harassment, or to promote content that violates the rules of the target social media platform. You are solely responsible for the accounts and content you submit.
6. Third-Party Platforms
SigmaGenz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform. Use of promotional services may be against those platforms' terms; you accept that risk and any consequences to your accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigmaGenz is not liable for any account action, loss of engagement, or damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SigmaGenz means you accept the current version.
